•Hands on experience in employee engagement activities for green field projects
•Career site layouts, staff uniforms, lanyard, office furniture, office stationery selection, staff transport etc
•Job designing & Implementation of work flows, protocols & evaluations in line with service standards
•Forms conception & re-formatting layouts as per ERP system requirements & accreditation standards
•Ensuring health & safety compliance standard accreditation practices, protocols & review of HR metrics
•In-house training analytics, orientations, inductions, inter dept. trainings, In-service & CME programs
•Grading System implementation support, automation of HR tasks, systems & database mgmt.
•Improved quality of service in the HR activities, thereby reducing the TAT ensuring best HR Practices
•Introduced various cost effective measures to reduce overall operating & administrative costs
•Competency Mapping, Salary Grids, Compensation & Benefit Package Management
•HR Staff Planning Integration in line with Business plans for the financial year
