I am assisting Business Owners and Accountants with their QuickBooks Online subscription.
It is an outbound call as we are calling customer verifying loan application. Checking eligibility by calling company they're working for and the bank indicated on the application to continue the loan process.
An inbound call and been here for 1year and 6 months handled Direct AT&T account. Receiving customer calls for general inquiries, assisting if the customer ask help to walk through, processing orders if customer wants to get Directv services, add equipment, upgrade or downgrade plans, add a line for phones and landlines, .processing payment and explaining bills if they have a question.
An inbound customer service representative. In-charge in answering customer inquiries and giving right resolution regarding their billings.
In-charge in Issuing of Sales Invoice and Monthly Sales Report, Documentation and processing of PEZA Forms Responsible also in preparing letters for Loa Application and Renewal for expired Loa, Filing, Sorting, Encoding of Approved PEZA Forms for Monthly Report to PEZA. Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
