1. Review Detailed IFC drawing for construction of 633 kilometer 36” diameter pipeline with 1200 psig maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) and consist of three (3) segment for every 200 kilometer with six (6) Scraper Trap and nineteen (19) Valve Station
2. Arrange material, manpower and equipment for one (1) segment of 36” dia. pipeline construction for pipe laying, fit-up, AUT, surface preparation and coating, pre-jeeping and final jeeping, pipe lowering and backfilling.
3. Arrange fabricated pipe spool as per IFC drawing and monitor fabrication prior for installation.
4. Monitor and supervision for installation of kicker line, equalizing line, drain and vent lines will be connected to Shaybah NGL Plant.
5. Review and check IFC drawing and raise Technical Query (TQ) for any changes in IFC drawing.
6. Request for QC Mechanical Inspection for valve, gasket, flange and fittings prior for installation.
7. Supervises all quality control activities related to all disciplines.
8. Supervise the installation of mechanical equipment associated.
9. Responsible to coordinate & arranges to conduct NDE activities related to pipelines construction.
10. Daily monitoring, inspection & reporting of all construction activities.
11. Ensure all test required are completed before hand over the equipment to the proponent.
12. Ensure validity of test/measuring equipment calibration.
13. Coordinate and report to project superintendent, construction Manager and Project Manager regarding the ongoing construction and progress in site.
