:Provided dining service for patrons at this exclusive, fine dining restaurant. Responsibilities included overseing reservation, training staff and other duties assigned by the emmediate supervisor.
:Served as one of the staffs in providing dining service for the exclusive restaurant.
:Handle any guest complaints, problems and request promptly and to record.
:Guest comments and activities in Supervisor Logbook and all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the Department Head.
:Communicates and co-operate closely with Kitchen, Restaurant staff, Collegues, Manager, to ensure effective department team work and high morale.
:Ensure that designated uniforms are worm well pressed and in a good state of repair and to ensure that names badges are worm at all times.
:Ensure that the service starter, Main Course, Dessert, Coffee and Beverages is correct, effecient and that orders are properly executed to the required standards.
