• Create and produce materials including, but not limited to (print and interactive): presentation materials, reports, campaigns, event collateral, brochures, project profiles, infographics, branded stationery, web design, etc.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the marketing department and business stakeholders to conceive and suggest design mediums and tools that will be the most creative and effective solution for success
• Design infographics - draw and print charts, graphs, maps, illustrations, and other artwork
• Assist stakeholders in the creation and editing of video communications
• Determine production of materials including assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
• Be a brand champion by strictly adhering to our standards and creating designs modelled in other markets and businesses
• Maintain the brand asset library including images, logos, a full-range of document templates and branded stationary
• Keep organised and complete files and be ready to share internally
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of current design methodologies and business to business marketing trends as well as in social media
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Partner with front-line professionals to complete new business proposal documents and credentials
• Execute design and production tasks ranging from simple document edits to email campaigns, creating images and content for web design, and development of collateral
• Supporting the marketing team with various adhoc tasks on an on-going basis
• Develop and maintain our photography stock
- Creating social media content for seven (7) BMB Group brands with Photo and Video posts for all social network platforms
- Managing all social media platforms of BMB Group brands
- Creative designer for the Marketing department
- Brochures, Business cards, Exhibition marketing materials such as Stand designs, Newsletter designs and Print Ads
