1. Serve as initial point of contact for all computer hardware, software and network related activities
2. Backup servers and underlying software applications
3. Provide client’s support and technical resolution via E-Mail, remote desktop and phone
4. Update inventory records of computer equipments and its related assets
5. Troubleshoot inventory application in office and bulk areas
6. Assist in monitoring CCTV connectivity and ensure recording of CCTV video
7. Troubleshoot if there is a disconnected camera on the CCTV
8. Install and troubleshoot network configuration as needed such as installing a new network or UTP cable
9. Troubleshoot IP Phone (network/connection problem) or configure new device to intend user
10. Install and maintains data network, local area network (Setup and configure TCP IP and configure computer to access data on network), data links, PCs terminals and printers using available and appropriate hardware and software and maintains supporting documentations

9. Assist/handle monthly SAAB High Level Alarm testing; Maintain SAAB radar connectivity in all tanks; Witness monthly SAAB versus manual verification
10. Handle conversion of tank calibration
11. Regular monitoring of tank product level
12. Act as technical support in drills and actual incidents
13. Install and troubleshoot network configuration as needed such as installing a new network or UTP cable
14. Troubleshoot IP Phone (network/connection problem) or configure new device to intend user
15. Install and maintains data network, local area network (Setup and configure TCP IP and configure computer to access data on network), data links, PCs terminals and printers using available and appropriate hardware and software and maintains supporting
1. Maintains general appearance and organization of all internet /Computer laboratories.
2. Performs such quality control functions as are normally assigned to him.
3. Performs testing maintenance and cleaning operation as directed
4. Prepares, delivers and maintains computer laboratory materials / equipment for class, internet/computer access or research studies.
5. Assists faculty & Staff in the proper use of laboratory equipments and laboratory procedures.
6. Install, Troubleshoot and repair personal computer hardware. (Note: the requesting party must follow an official request procedure prior to any installation troubleshooting and repair of department managed computer workstation.
7. Directly responsible for the opening and closing, locking up, and securing his area of jurisdiction
