Additionally accounted as the Operations and Logistics Head for the facility, in handing the local deliveries to various locations all over almost all the emirates. Matching the customer requirement in timing, accuracy, urgency and without compromising quality.
Heading the department of Supply Chain in Day to Day export shipment to various regions, by means of air, sea and by road. Involving from receiving the order to delivery to the customers after clearance.
It includes the documentation procedures, selecting the mode of shipment after consulting with the customer in a cost effective way by prioritizing their requirement in a way giving them maximum satisfaction, which in turn improve my company's reputation. Handling all documentations implicated in the shipments for export and also local distribution including LC, COD, D/P etc.
In terms of product wise, giving maximum importance to our own house brands, as a part of an energetic growing company.
In terms of sales, contributing to the Team's target as an additional job responsibility. Directly reporting to MD and also handling monthly reports for the team.
Be independent in achieving growth professionally, personally and to the organization. In short my responsibilities includes Supply Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Logistics and Global Sourcing with direct involvement in Sales.
• Creating, maintaining and renewing customer contracts.
• Performing VSOE audit for HP Software division.
• Dealing with customer queries and escalations.
• Monitoring and Quality checking the daily activities of colleagues.
• MIS reporting.
• Preparing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for new process.
• Acting as a process trainer for new comers.
Bachelors in Botany and Biotechnology from St.Xavier’s College under Kerala University, Thumba, (2005-2008). Main Subjects were Botany, Biotechnology and Biochemistry, passed out with first class of 70% marks.
