 Orientation of new staff in terms of company and site procedures and requirements.
 Mentoring new employees, ensuring quality work, and monitoring their performance consistently during probation.
 Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates, engage in career planning, and take the necessary disciplinary action when appropriate.
 Training and development of current resources to maximize performance and effectiveness.
 Maintain discipline, recommend, and administer corrective action according to policy and procedures.
