Part of the pre-opening team and establish all the standard and procedure, training and hiring staff process. and receiving kitchen utensils and food and beverage crookery, controling par level each outlets and allocation also recorded all the kitchen utensil to every outlet also being personal incharge for 6 Month inventory for food and beverage operating equipments and manage for 24 staff including myself which 1 Asst steward 2 Supervisor 21 staff permanent and 7 Night cleaning-(Outsourcing), The achievement in property is HACCP for food safety, ISO 22000 Food Safety International Standard by Bureau Veritas, in best of implementing management food safety control, also standing with 87 score for the SFSMS yearly auditing by the Shangri-la corporate by Sleed air-Diversey.
