* Taking irrigation system samples from secondary clarifiers, chlorine contact tanks and storage tanks #01 & 02 every six hours
* Preparation of chemicals for domestic water systems and irrigation
* Topping up oil and grease the equipment as needed

Job Responsibilities:
* Assists preparation complete T&I planning from scope development, estimates, scheduling primavera P6/MSP to final field execution

* Initiate T&I work orders and heavy equipment request in SAP
* Prepare and update job cards for individual equipment
* Assists preparation of work scopes contracted jobs

Job responsibilities:
* Interpret plans, site layout, review shop drawings & IFC-Issued for Construction
* Perform all inspections as identified in the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
* Conduct internal inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific quality requirements prior to client request for inspection
* Review the calibration status of test equipment being utilized, ensuring the equipment is within calibrated prior to use, such as manifold, pressure & temperature gauges
* Witnessed pipe hydrotesting at a pressure requirement of 150 psi
* Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports & etc.

* Supervision of piping system ensuring that test blinds installed are correct thickness.
* Supervision of piping items such as control valves, relief valves, rupture disks, orifice plates, diaphragm instruments, expansion joints, etc., which could be damaged during pressure test have been removed or isolated
* Ensure pipe equipment such as filters, which have internals that may be damaged during pressure
* Ensure that equipment, such as compressors, which must not be included in the field tests have been properly blocked off with the casing drain open
* Pressure test gauges shall be calibrated to ensure accurate readings. Gauges should be tagged with the date they were last calibrated.
* Reinstall all items that were removed for test. Ensure that line specification such as gaskets and bolts/nuts are being used when reinstalling.
