To deliver the health club & fitness division mission by upholding the highest standard in customer service and maintain the highest level of product knowledge such as classes available, facilities and materials for rentals and monthly events for residents
Handling financials such as payments from classes, party bookings, rentals and events income thru SAP application.
Keeping diary for daily operation such as monitoring the members list for all residents and their guests, facility usage, cleaning and maintenance issues, gym equipment and swimming pools.
Making sure for lifeguard staffs to follow the standard procedure and customer service.
Administrative accountability and answer all phone calls and adhere to the Khidmah telephone standard, monitor and handover task as necessary throughout daily operation.
Carry out any reasonable request from the management or supervisor for the benefit of the business.
Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times by giving a welcome to all residents and their guest by assisting them with any reasonable request.
Handle all residents & guest complaints, working to resolve them immediately or to direct them to appropriate department.
At resident’s request, pick up or drop off any trolleys between car park and residence, accept taxi bookings on behalf of residents, receive and store any courier parcels/materials for short time with signature.
Monitor the moving in/out of the residents. Records all details of visitors accessing the residence without access card into the visitors in/out register.
Monitor the level of cleanliness and tidiness in all areas, any damages or maintenance needed and reported to designated department.
Silence alarm in case of false alarm.
Record any lost and found items in logbook and report both to team leader and security.
Monitor suspicious activities within the community and inform the security department as required.
Responsible for the overall operation and activities of the site for a particular shift.
Developing and motivating the staffs through leading by example and support and to maintain the outstanding level of customer service all the time in every site operation.
Dealing with all customer complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner and informing the Site-in-charge and Retail Field Supervisor.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the site during shift closing which required a reports and cash handover of sales of the site thru Oracle applications.
Maintaining the administrative responsibilities.
To ensure that sufficient stock of all products is available at all times to satisfy all customers demand, that the designated stock are handled efficiently in the accordance with stock receiving policy.
Ensure the monthly promotional programs and guideline are implemented and the products are merchandise in accordance with the approved plano gram as directed from head office.
The front liner or the key representative of the company and the customers by giving an outstanding customer service
Handling cash and credit transaction with the knowledge to operate cash register and verifone machine.
Counting, arranging cash float and cards services for handover for the next shift
Knows all the products and services and prices to easily promote to the customer needs
Food handling with proper food hygiene
Ensuring the stock is sufficient by monitoring the out of stock product and implementing FIFO in merchandising.
Maintaining the housekeeping for the overall appearance of the site by maintaining the HACCP checklist of chiller, freezer, bed freezer, and food counter and toilet checklist.
Daily inventory every shift of high value products, planogram monitoring and product expiry.
