• Managed & supervised the planning, execution and product delivery of 500+ projects end-to-end, encompassing strategic partnerships, product enhancements, cost savings and operational strategy.
• Developed & distributed comprehensive project plans for $300+ million USD Mega-projects, including schedules, scope, objectives, deliverables and resource allocation for various mechanical, electrical & architectural Hardware.
