Role:
- Responsible to do preventive and corrective maintenance for daily schedule jobs.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data reports.
- Working on Work Orders released by Planner in Oracle Database.
- Able to pass the Work Permit Receiver exam conducted by Maaden Phosphate Company with receiver card number 6028
- Knowledge in Oracle Asset Management System for closing of Work Orders that were executed.
- Perform emergency job reported by Operations that cause for downtime of the production.
- Knowledge in Reclaimer functions and system
- Knowledge in Ship Loader functions and system.
- Perform LLF inspections for running conveyors.
- Check healthiness of Deviation Switch to protect belt conveyor from misalign.

- Dittelbach Und Kerzler (DUK) deviation switch
- Telemecanique XSAV11801 inductive proximity sensor
- BROSA angle transmitter
- Siemens VFD
- Pepperl Fuchs rotary encoder
- Centum VP Yokogawa DCS

- Ultrasonic Distance Sensor 4-20mA
Role:
- Installation of Instrument transmitter. (pressure, level, flow)
- Termination of cables in junction box. (analog and digital)
- Loop checking to check cables continuity using multi-meter. (fluke)
- Testing of earth grounding using digital earth grounding.
- Insulation test using megger MT520/2.
- Testing of control valve. (FLYGT)
- Testing of transmitter. (Hart communicator 475)
- Pre-commissioning. (GOV, MOV, ESD and Transmitters)
Project Involve
- Marafiq - Industrial Waste Water Lift Station (Yanbu, KSA)
- Saudi Aramco - Bulk Plant (Jeddah, KSA)
- Saudi Aramco - MGS pipeline (Riyadh, KSA)
• Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings.
• Ability to locate I/O signal port.
• Technically proficient in electronic, electrical, mechanical and
pneumatic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical related
problems in the field.
• Responsible of performing Preventive and Predictive
maintenance.
• Installation and layout of cable trays and conduits
• Installation of instrument junction boxes and auxiliary terminal
boxes
• Layout and installation/fixing/dressing of multi-core and single
pair cables
• Installation of Yokogawa DP transmitters, temperature
transmitters, flow meters, frequency drives etc., based on
hookup details
• Calibration and re-ranging of smart transmitters/field
instruments
• Wiring and termination of field instruments from smart
transmitters & sensors in junction boxes and marshalling
cabinet
• Loop-check of instruments prior to commissioning.
During my college days. I was part of a IECEP(Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines) Organization Council. I was selected as a Vise-President of the said organization.
