Managing and coordinating the design phase to be submitted to the CLIENT GTG ( Groupement
TouatGas ALGERIA between DAR / CCC and GTG.
Khalifa Ben Zayed Speciality Hospital- Casablanca
Managing all kind of MEP operations related to the following local sub-contractors:
1. SPIE: Mechanical and Electrical Systems
2. OPTIMIZA: Low current and Extra-Low voltage Systems
3. VENTEC: HVAC System
4. AEROCOM: Pneumatic System.
5. RIFAIR: Medical Gas System and Oxygen Generation Plant.
6. OTIS: Lifts
Manage the factory starting with Engineering, procurement, and manufacturing AC units to
achieve the End User and market requirement.
• Manage, coordinate and provide technical leadership to a detailed engineering team and
thereby ensure the safe and successful completion of production related to budget, schedule,
quality, statutory codes, and internal working practice for the net Cost and Sales Cost.
• Determine the necessary resources required to run the Factory to its optimum production.
Related production: DX and Package Systems from 1TR to 25 TR. Air Cooled Screw Water Chillers from 45TR to 420TR.
Air Handling Units, single and double skin all ranges.
CORPORATE ENGINEERING MANAGER - MANAGING MORE THAN 30 ENGINEERS AND 80 CAD OPERATORS AND TECHNICIANS
• Determine the necessary resources required to run Engineering Department with a focus on
meeting the project requirements.
• Manage the External Design organization / KN procedures; prepare the Sundry Work
Agreement related to Design and Engineering.
• Manage the Engineering Department outside Kuwait: Egypt, UAE, Syria and Lebanon.
• Lead development of Renewable Energy proposals including Solar Energy, Geothermal, Wind
Energy, Hybrid systems, from various countries such as China and Europe.
Related to Projects: HIGH RISE BUILDINGS: Hamra Tower, Symphony Complex Sulaibiya Water treatment Plant - Jabl
Ali Airport: District Cooling, Power stations. ADWEA Sewage treatment Plant - Danet Cool and many others.
• Manage all kind of MEP operations, starting from quotations, Proposals, Design, Team
selection of manual and Non Manual employees, which are to be compliant with technical
topics, time schedule, budget, and satisfactory quality.
• Monitoring all the Lead Engineers of various discipline and manage coordination.
• Provide inputs, support to prepare Monthly Cost Report and Forecasts.
• Proper planning of the Engineering Manpower.
• Checking of and promulgation of erection documentation to subordinate personnel.
• Creation of a detailed plan and sub schedule to ensure all works are completed in accordance
with the overall schedule.
• Preparation and pre checks to ensure all comments are forwarded to the External Design
organization.
• Actively manage all subordinate personnel, subcontractors and/or self performance to optimise
the execution of the scope of the various discipline works.
• Maintaining all records of Deliverables progress and all quality records within the scope of
work.
• Managing and maintaining the turnover packages for commissioning.
Communicate directly with engineers to resolve and/or clarify any technical issues.
• Coordinate all interfaces with all disciplines and subcontractors on all issues affecting the
scope of works.
• All non-conformances, discrepancies and cost variances are fairly and properly
reported and managed.
• Build up a new Engineering and Quality Procedures.
