Project Title:THREE ELEMENT CONTROL OF CO BOILER
The project focuses on the Three element control in cabon monoxide boiler of Kochin Refinary, kerala.The three element-‘feedwater flow, tank level and the output steam pressure’are controled using a designed PLC program to carry out the boiler operation in the most efficent manner.Thus any changes in these parameters were detected by the sensors and required actions are taken by the PLC to bring the process into normal working conditon.A working model of the boiler showing its element control was also prepared.
