As acting HSD in charge, I have introduced electronic medicines ordering which improved records keeping and timeliness of orders at the health centre IV.
•Enhanced monthly meetings which are focused on reviewing performance using our data, before reports are submitted.
•Developed templates for records assistant to summarize the data on monthly basis.
•As a health unit we are reviewing the performance of our work plans, to prepare for next planning cycle.
•Oversaw the evaluation of performance plans, appraised and set new target for all health workers in the health sub district.

As part of the district health team, I have actively participated district monitoring and evaluation which include;
•Annual health facility assessment on service delivery in areas of reproductive health, malaria, and Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and childhood illnesses.
•Annual surveys using LQAS in evaluating knowledge, attitudes and practices of communities about health care services in Ibanda.
