Tasks & Responsibilities:

 Supervision of the tender’s process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
 Prepare & follow up documents to upgrade current Grade for company in CTC.
 Print, organize and Filing all the projects documents.
 Collect and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
 Coordinates the preparation and submission of tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
 Prepare regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities.
 Review previous tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires for feedback in order to refine answers to improve quality submissions.
 Arrange documents for sub-contractor and suppliers for request for quotation and follow up.
 Take off & check quantities from drawings and make comparison from tender and contract drawings.
 Prepare Sub-contractor payments.
