Mall (a 9-story mall) andPark Triangle Corporate Centre (a 30-story office building).
• Utilizes PrimaveraP6 for comprehensive scheduling, overseeing the entire construction
process from permit acquisition to project close-out. Effectively resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Monitors all activities related to architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire
Protection, FDAS, and auxiliaries, from plan review to functional testing.
• Records and recognizes revenue accurately using quantities as projects progress towards
completion.
• Administered the project management system, Procore and ensure that data are
complete and updated.
• Analyses, creates and presents time ImpactAnalysisforExtension of time due to change
orders or delays.
• Submits detailed project progress Reports(PPRs) weekly to operations and construction
managementteams, encompassing projectstatus, progressphotos, Safety-Quality-Time-Cost
(SQTC) metrics, plan monitoring, construction milestones, baseline and actual schedules,
issues, and corresponding action plans.
• Facilitates the development of a comprehensive 7-point Project Execution Plan (PEP). This
plan serves as the baseline for all project operations and is presented to clients and the General
Manager.
• Performs expense, resource, and manpower loading in PrimaveraP6.
• Forecasts year-end revenues and targets for financial and physical completion percentages to
provide project managers with insights into project delays or advancements.
• Maintains regular communication with all regarding equipment and materials arrival
schedules.

Designed reinforced concrete 5 storey hospital structural and architectural plans. Designed 5000 sqm wet market for my steel design class. Performed PERT and CPM on one of our classes, emphasizing its importance in the construction industry.
