Organize recruitment and selection including advertising and short-listing applicants.
Review employment applications or eligibility of applicants.
Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer.
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
Creating and editing profiles on payroll system.
Medical insurance administration.
Raise purchase requisitions, request for quotations as per needed supplies.
Provide advice regarding employee and industrial relations issues.
Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations and classifications.
Updating recruitment status report from time to time.
Follow-up required documentations such us reference forms, passport, visa, etc.
Managing probation confirmations, performance appraisals and performance management.
Organize events, special gatherings and celebrations such as birthdays, national days, monthly team members’ get together, staff party, sports competition etc.
Leaves and flight ticket booking administration.
Conduct exit interviews and complete leavers’ process.
Perform general office and admin tasks as needed.
Report directly to Assistant HR Manager.
