Internal Fit-Out works contract (Gypsum Partitions and False Ceiling works) at the new Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Abu Dhabi - comprising 16 Floors in Clinic, ICU and Swing Buildings.
Liaison with Abu Dhabi Municipality for statutory NOC’s, permits and inspections.
Managing changes/revisions to design/programme, progress reports/technical input, procurement/materials, subcontractors and meetings with Client/Consultants.

The construction of the new USA Consulate Building including post tensioned multi-storey Car Park and 7 other ancillary buildings.
Liaison with Dubai Municipality, DEWA and RTA for statutory NOC’s and Permits.
Management and coordination of the construction of all concrete buildings, internal decoration to walls and floors, all underground services, civil works including new roads and hard landscaping.
Construction of a new £25 million 5-Star Hotel in Manchester.
Management and coordination of the external envelope (curtain walling, rain-screen cladding system and tiles).
Management and coordination of the Internal Fit-out of high-spec en-suite bedrooms, penthouse suites, Offices and Meeting Rooms (False Ceilings, MEP works, Carpets, bespoke cabinets/fixtures/furnishings and decoration).

The construction of a $1.5 billion (AED) 2no Office Towers including retail podium in Dubai Waterfront.
Responsibility for all early work site activities: including design/installation of temporary office set-up, hoarding, excavation and shoring works, managing all NOC approvals (CED, EHS, DEWA and Du) and liaising with the Client and Infrastructure Contractors working in the area.
The construction of a £80 million Procure 21 Hospital with Link Bridges to the existing hospital.
Oversite/co-ordination of all internal finishing trades for complete Fit-Out and Hand-over of the Ground Floor: including Main Entrance, Offices, Urology, X-Ray, Operating Theatres & Medical Wards (False Ceilings, Partitions, Joinery, Vinyl/Rubber/Carpet flooring, Furniture, specialist equipment, Reception Desks, MEP works and Decoration).

The construction of a £44 million PFI Hospital with Link Bridges to the existing Hospital. I was responsible for the monitoring and quality assurance of all activities during the building process.
On completion of the structure, I was in charge of the internal finishes for Levels 1-5.

The construction of a £48 million PFI Hospital with Link Bridges to the existing Hospital.
I was responsible for the monitoring and quality assurance of all activities during the building process.
On completion of the structure, I was in charge of Blockwork, Lift, Plumbing/Drainage & dry lining packages.
March 2000 - December 2000 Graduate Engineer
Brick/Blockwork Package, International Departure Lounge, North Terminal, Gatwick Airport, London
A works package for the £25 million extension to the North Terminal Departure Lounge, working in partnership with BAA for the Main Contractor, Taylor Woodrow. The project involved the construction of the outer shell of the extension. I was responsible for the setting-out of brick and blockwork walls, day-to-day running of the site and subcontractor supervision.
July 1999 - March 2000 Graduate Engineer

A £1.5 million refurbishment of a six-storey office. The project incorporated the removal/reinstatement of the rendering to all exterior walls and full internal refurbishment from basement to roof.
Assisting the Project Manager, my responsibilities included setting-out the brick/blockwork walls, the day-to-day running of the site and subcontractor supervision.
September 1998 - July 1999 Graduate Engineer
Holy Trinity Church, Surrey
A £2 million extension to an existing 18th century church. The project involved the demolition of the existing church hall, underpinning works to the foundations of the church, extension of the church aisles and construction of a new hall.
My role was to supervise external works, setting-out and the day-to-day running of the site.
