Jubail Export Refining and Petrochemicals (JERP) Construction Project $13.8 US Billion EPCM located in Jubail Industrial City 2, KSA \[Expat Status In Kingdom\]. Environmental Engineering in KSA PMT SHE Environmental Group Head. Formerly managed an Environmental Project Team both SATORP PMT SHE & EPCC's of 25 no. Environmental Advisors and Environmental Coordinators at the JERP. Responsible for the Implementation of the SATORP Construction Environmental Management Plan/Construction Waste Management Plan & Health Safety & Environment Management Plan . Providing Oversight and ongoing Environmental Inspection & Auditing for SATORP Project Environmental Aspects over all Engineering Procurement & Construction Contractors including: Tecnicas Reunidas Spain/Technip Italy/Daelim Industrial/Samsung En. Korea/Chiyoda Petrostar Korea/SK Engineering/MR Al-Khathlan KSA/Rotary Eng./ Al Osais KSA/Petrolsteel/ GCC/Sumitomo Japan. Responsible for all emissions management and implementation of SATORP Environmental & Social Management Plan. Main environmental contact liaison with IEC Lenders - Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFG, Japan via generation of Quarterly Social & Environmental Performance Reporting (Including Environmental & Social Due Diligence) also submitted to SATORP Senior Management board level. Provide JERP technical liaison to IEC Lender's Consultants ENVIRON in addition to Environmental Technical response to The Royal Commission & PME in KSA as required on behalf of SATORP.
