• Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Ensures proper documentation and filing of records for easy reference.
• Fixing documentation formats using word, excel, adobe acrobat.
• Distribution of documents to relevant people / organizations.
• Manhour Booking and Petty cash preparation & uploading on system.
• Maintaining the filing system to ensure the office is organized and efficient.
• Arranging Gate Pass for Industrial Cities (Ras Laffan, Dukhan, Mesaieed, Qatar Energy, Offshore, QAPCO)
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
• Uploading/Downloading transmittal on Integrated Correspondence Tracking System (ICTS) (PWA system).
• Uploading/Downloading transmittal on ACONEX (LRED PS system).
• Creation, dispatching, approving, filling, re-scheduling, closing, and tracking of Work Orders on EAMS IBM Maximo (PWA system).
• Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
• Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level;
• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;
• Tests programs;
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
• Administers user accounts;
• Designs and produces basic reports;
• Sets up and submits production jobs and edits and debugs computer output;
• Transfers computer files between platforms;
• Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems;
• Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns;
• Arranges for distribution of output to customer;
• Maintains records;
• Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
• Applies the company policy by delivering 100% good service to the customer.
• Monitors activity of the employee in terms of customer service.
• Monitors activity of the competitor in terms of price and services.
• Proper cleaning of the cars and quality control.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to update the management .
• Ensure service offer displayed in an artistic way for the customers to easily visualize.
• Strict implementation of first come first served no exemption.
• Update the management for any promotions or competitors.
