•Create designs in 2d and 3d presentations and detailed drawings for projects such as kiosk, exhibition stand, Villas
and Restaurants
• Production of shop drawings for fit-out works
• Resolving any problems that may arise during construction; ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed
• Preparation of 3D renderings and document packages for presentation
• Work closely with a team of other professionals such as project engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists

•Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
•Assist in selecting the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
•Resolving any problems that may arise during construction making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget playing a part in project and team management
• Assist the Senior Architect for the development of concept drawings for low to mid-rise residential
and commercial buildings
• Production of design concepts, proposals and final drawing in 2D and 3D drawings
• Responsible for updating and correcting drawings and production of construction and technical
drawings required in Project proposals and submittals using AutoCAD
• Involved in the preparation of conceptual and working drawings for low to mid-rise residential/
commercial project
Provides a complete and up-to-date report about the status of the project
• Ensures continuous and proper coordination with consultants regarding deadlines and submission
of project requirements
• Attends and facilitates meetings with clients and consultants
• Coordinates to the Associate Architect all updates, concerns and problems of projects
• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the project based on prioritization and urgency
Provides Autocad drawings for designs, details and revisions
Assisting the Design Manager for the development of concept drawings for low to high-rise
residential and commercial buildings
