Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
including tendered projects - supervising, “project management” and final hand-overs.
I have work experience in the sensitive environment of UPS rooms and data centres.
With my experience on electricity, generator power is not an obstacle, as I can work on both single phase and three phase equipment.
I am familiar with package units, VRV systems, Liebert Hiross down draft units, split type domestic units, cold rooms, freezer rooms, Shipping reefer containers, insulated/non insulated ducting, spiral ducting, evaporative cooling units.
Manage day to day operations, including, but not limited to logisitcs, manufacturing, procurement, sales, quotations, HR duties, Client meetings, site visits, Sub contractor appoinments.Sub contractor contract agreements.
Cut raw material losses from 57% losses to 10%. Saving contributed to an estimated gross profit increase of 40%.
•Cut overtime working hours of 76hours /month to 23bookable hours/month on all projects. This cut resulted in higher profitability on projects with estimated 35% increase on gross profit.
•Cut procurement costs with 17% by implementing procurement schedules, eliminating theft without compromising beneficial relationships with suppliers.
•Implement HSE standards & basic training, including first aid training.
•Implement quality inspections procedures on product manufacturing.
•Received a short course on financial training for non-financial managers to interpret financial documents accurately in last quarter of 2014. Training allowed: identify red flags on financial sheets, compile budgets, evaluate budgets, and create dash boards on KPI’s.
