1. Perform all Senior Project Manager tasks as necessary.
2. Supervising and coaching team members who are coordinating and managing relocation / transition projects for MovePlan’s clients to the agreed service delivery standards by using the MovePlan Toolkit© standards.
3. Acting as a leader for all assigned teams ensuring services are delivered to the MovePlan quality standard
4. Reviewing project progress and scope with clients and on-site teams to ensure all agreed milestones are achieved
5. Oversee all RFP processes and ensure that industry standard practices are followed
6. Approve communication / change plans prior to release to the client • Manage day-to-day contract items directly with client
7. Raise performance and resourcing issues with the Project Director as necessary
8. Confirm that the MovePlan team on-site is providing leadership, support and motivation
9. Ensure project continuity when staffing changes occur
10. Provide a regular presence at high-level project meetings and key events

Move Management and Space planning
-Gather data to help develop strategic plans to enable effective occupancy of the client’s property
portfolio in line with the growth of the firm, ensuring sufficient trading space is always available to
meet demand.
-Assist in the delivery and management of agreed space plan to ensure effective programming and
condition.
-Help to develop ideas and strategies that meet the changing demand of the business to create
both strategic and tactical solutions.

Client/Stakeholder management
-Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations.
-Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders/client and be comfortable working
across all levels.
- Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are conveyed and work upon.
Project Organization and communication
-Help oversee the communication plans for projects that are tailored to the specific changes and business units.
-Ensure that regular communications on minor moves and change are conducted.
-Ensure that REWS and JLL facility managers are adequately briefed on projects and progressing.
Project coordination and reporting
-Collaborate with other real estate and workplace service functions to ensure the delivery of
major/minor capital works projects and associated moves and changes (both strategically and
tactically)
- Based on the scale and complexity of the project, as well as the capacity of the team, engage and
coordinate with 3rd party service providers to ensure delivery of the work.
-Set out the correct structures to control and monitor the initiation, design, progress and delivery
of projects.
