Managed a workforce of 40 people in Mozambique in the installation of gas line pipe and the building of roads and wetland crossings. Ensuring the safety of all staff at all times with perfect record. Ensuring all paperwork is done and in order at all times with perfect record. Ensuring the quality of all work done with perfect record.
Managing a workforce of up to 60 people in the construction of Sally Martin park, a 144 housing project with two hospital clinics. Supervising the construction of two high end housing projects consisting of 24 houses. Paying, relocating staff and managing the buying and quality checks of all products.
