Verbal reporting directly to the Project manager of HSE related site issues ahead of the regular reports submitted on daily /weekly /monthly basis. Recommending solutions to potential safety risks and hazard for implementation before the events or accident occur. Summary of my activities involves extensive perusal of documents from the subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and specialist. Others include : 1.Daily site inspection to ensure safe working conditions. 2. Conduct first day of work safety orientation and tool box meetings. 3. Attend coordination meetings. 4. Writing and recording reports and statistics. 5. Providing assistance to government agencies in relation to HSE inspection, incidents, investigation or any other related issues.
To ensure all identified hazards are properly mitigated and risks reduced to the lowest level.
Assisting the project manager in implementing thegtheguidlines give on the project safety level.
To collate man hour statistics and calculate accident frequency.
To respond to accident/ incident on time.
My primary objective is to ensure the safety and health of the personnel in any organization and this is achievable by implementing the occupational safety and health programs that are geared towards protecting the interests of the company's manpower.
