The duties and responsibility is Construction management and project engineering, coordination works with consultant, client and local authorities, project Engineering & Documentation (Method Statements for installation and testing, reports, inspection request, material submittal, RFI, operation & maintenance manual, spare part list, training manuals, risk assessment, manpower schedule/ distribution, work schedule and look ahead work forecast etc.), Preparation of tenders (BOQ, quotations & costing) estimation and material quantity take-off, preparing variation claim including reconciliation with client representative, reviewing and checking of shop drawing including the methodology of installation and ensuring as per standard & regulation and project specification, supervising manpower, installation and commissioning of projects, attending site inspection with consultant and other sub-contractor for the electrical system installation. Managing and utilizing project resources, improving process, increasing quality and cost, providing leadership and motivation to the manpower working at site to complete the work on time, providing good communication and coordination to other engineers to execute the works according to plan.
