Hospital Information Systems Support for doctors and nursing staffs.
Supervise L1, L2 Level IT Support cycle.
Coordinate 5 Members in IT Support team with
Infrastructure and data center team.
Assign, Lead and monitor tasks with the team and completion on given time frame andensure to keep the quality of work.
Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheralequipment, and software.
Negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
Addressing issues at the workplace to ensure productivity. Reporting and makingrecommendations to high-level management.
Patient calling and queuing system installation and support. (Qmatic).
PACS software (PEVCO PTS) configuration for Radiology services.
L1 support for Biomedical equipment’s central monitoring system support and networkconfiguration.
Help desk ticket monitoring and problem resolving as per SLA. Dreamsol Helpdeskticketing tool.
Avaya IPO IP500V2 management and support’s Uniarch NVR and Camera installation, maintenance and support.
VMware Infrastructure support and Veeam backup.
Active Directory Users and Group Policy Management.
Support Office 365 hybrid with Exchange server 2019.
Provide computer orientation to new staffs.

Routine Checking and Support administration of Corporate Network, Servers,
Firewalls and other network devices at HQ & Branches.

Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct
malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Analyze network traffic and protect network from DDoS /Ransomware/Malware /Cyber threats
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventivemeasures
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, storedor accessed by the network. Maintain and manage the licensing of devices andother network software.
Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects onsystem availability
Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
Testing and reporting various new IT technologies and reporting to theManagement which are required for the company.
