Hospital Information Systems Support for doctors and nursing staffs.

L1 support for Biomedical equipment’s central monitoring system support and networkconfiguration.
Help desk ticket monitoring and problem resolving as per SLA. Dreamsol Helpdeskticketing tool.
Avaya IPO IP500V2 management and support’s Uniarch NVR and Camera installation, maintenance and support.
VMware Infrastructure support and Veeam backup.
Active Directory Users and Group Policy Management.
Support Office 365 hybrid with Exchange server 2019.
Provide computer orientation to new staffs.
Routine Checking and Support administration of Corporate Network, Servers,
Firewalls and other network devices at HQ & Branches.
Perform day to day IT operations (Upgrade, Backup, Software Licensing, monitoring
firewalls, UTMS, Edge Servers, Routers, L2 & L3 Switches, validation and cleansing of
data backups, perform disaster recovery plans, File system integrity and Managing AD
Users.
Check on Audit trails and Logs for servers and services
Maintain Mail Servers and check for problems related to in bound & out bound
emails.
Maintain updating of Server OS (Microsoft & Apple), Client OS (Microsoft, Apple &
Linux), and Antivirus Servers.
Ensure proper Backup of Servers, Storage (SAN/NAS) and assuring of proper retrieval
of files at any point of time.
Do repairs and fixing of client equipment’s. Renew domain names of the company
from time to time.
Active Directory user accounts creation and access to employees to the network in
addition to creating and maintaining email accounts
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct
malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Analyze network traffic and protect network from DDoS /Ransomware/Malware /Cyber threats
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventivemeasures
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, storedor accessed by the network. Maintain and manage the licensing of devices andother network software.
Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects onsystem availability
Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
Testing and reporting various new IT technologies and reporting to theManagement which are required for the company.
Manage Local & roaming profile, Group Policies, create and modify user & groupaccounts by using the Active Directory User, Group and Computers, Import UserAccounts
Configure DNS ZONES, DNS Forwarding, Print Server, Installing server Roles &Features, RAID Technologies 0, 1-10.
Different types of Disk Management & Backup Solutions
Perform IT checklist tasks to ensure minimum interruptions and failures and maximumbusiness continuity. Daily duties related to network and system health includingreview of Event logs, Performance
Wireless Devices- Wireless Routers and Access Points, Bridge, Wireless controller
Assembling and dissembling of computer hardware.
