Leading the team to deliver a courteous, professional and efficient service of food and beverages whilst complying with all set standards of service and working within the Company’s guiding values and brand standards.

•To proactively offer and provide a friendly, accurate, efficient and prompt service of food and beverages, responding positively to all customer requests in accordance with the Company’s Food and Beverage
Service Standards
•Supervising and scheduling food and beverage staff.
•Overseeing food service, and acting as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from kitchen to customers.
•Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food and service, as well as internal conflict amongst staff.
Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them where to seat
•Informing the guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
•Take food and beverage orders from the guests on the order taking pads or on the handle point of sale (POS) system.
•Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drinks
•Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs
•Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
•Provide customers with products details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

•Ordering, receiving stock supplies or retail products.
•Understand and communicate product available at the restaurant.
•Prepare mix drinks for service to customers at the table.
•Assist bus persons with stocking and maintaining the restaurant bar stock levels and side stations
•Describing menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
