currently handling the learning and development pillar of the Human Resources Management Office, i am responsible for the entire cycle, from the assessment of employee's competency gaps up to the design, delivery, and evaluation of the training to be conducted to address them. Being assigned to the HR Office also was assigned to maintain employees records and database and preparation of their monthly payroll.
