 Client Reporting (UNSOS) on Task Orders activities & Progress
 Managing the accounts payables/Receivables.
 Manage planning and forecasting processes including budgeting processes as well as developing financial targets and Projections.
 Budgets monitoring and variance analysis.
 Monthly Management Accounts preparation.
 Develop and analyses monthly/annual financial and management reports, review cash balances, operating performance and seek ways to reduce cost.
 Provide insightful financial information to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
 Overseeing ERP postings and GL reconciliations.
 Payroll Management
 Audit & Compliance Review Support
 Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
 Understand and adhere to financial regulations of the country including Tax and Compliance guidelines.

 Operational Risk Management.
 Financial statements and Management accounts preparation & reporting.
 ALCO and EXCO committee’s and Board reporting.
 Budget preparation, Monitoring and variance analysis.
 CBK liaison and reporting
 Cash Management and Reconciliation monitoring within the branches.
 Provide insightful financial information to the Board of Directors to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.

❖ Cash management - Ensuring cash limits are adhered to at all levels -Branch, Teller & ATM.
❖ Reconciliation - Review branch operations through daily checking of general ledger, reports, preparation and submission of reconciliations and returns to H/Office.
❖ Operational Risk management & Compliance - Managing current and potential operational risks while ensuring that staffs comply with the laid down policies and procedures.
❖ Client relationship and service delivery
❖ Budgeting - Development and implementation of branch’s budget in liaison with the branch manager and head office.
❖ Finance and Administration - Handling Finance and Admin roles at the branch
❖ Security - Ensuring safety within the branch and complying with the safety rules and regulations.
❖ People management - Acting as a link between HR and the branch on all staff issues including their wellness, career growth and development, training and conflict resolution.
❖ Forex dealer - Negotiating & pricing forex deals with clients.
❖ Marketing - Cross-selling the bank’s products, vetting existing and potential clients.

❖ Booking and maturing fixed deposits as per the prevailing rates.
❖ Undertaking and booking of FX deals relating to the four major international currencies.
❖ Analyzing daily transactional reports as generated by system for accurate correction of either system or personal errors.
❖ Perform account reconciliations and monitor general ledger transactions.
❖ Directing branch staff in relation to bank’s operations and offering any requisite technical support to them.
❖ Internal accounts and ATM Reconciliations.
❖ Processing and preparation of Banker’s Cheques
❖ RTGS, SWIFTS and EFTS processing
❖ Preparation of outward clearing files and eventual transmission to central clearing department at the Head office as per Banking Act Regulations
