• Managed a workforce of 12 government civilians and 40 contractors in specialties such as simulations, data analysis, lifecycle management and future systems development.
• Responsible for integrating simulation and future technologies into Army Test Plans and managing their lifecycle.
• Re-designed and implemented the Simulations Plan for the first Army Network Integration Experiment at Fort Bliss, TX, resulting in a savings of over $300K for the Government.
• Managed operational, test and travel budgets for the division, and initiated innovative cost reduction measures.
UNITED STATES ARMY OPERATIONAL TEST COMMAND

Chief, Live, Virtual and Constructive Simulation 06/2010 to 01/2011
• Managed a workforce of 3 government and 22 contractors and a facility valued at $15 million.
• Responsible for integration of simulation systems and capabilities into a seamless live-virtual-constructive test environment, managing current systems and future system procurement.
• Designed the test simulation architecture for five different high profile tests to include re-writing code and developing specialized input as well as system lifecycle management.
• Assisted in development of system engineering plans and project oversight for the Army's Warrior Network Waveform and Soldiers Radio Waveform Communications Effects Server to include deployment and lifecycle management.
FIRST CAVALRY DIVISION

• Managed a staff of over 20 Military and 8 Civilians to support the Divisions operational requirements.
• Responsible for tracking and managing all ongoing operations within the division.
• Produced and reviewed all operational directives within the Division and developed plans and methods to meet all requirements and track progress in order to meet associated suspense's.
• Planned and executed the Division Redeployment operation and returned over 22, 000 personnel from the Iraq Theater of Operations.

• Coordinated all operations and training for all mobilized reservists at Fort Hood, numbering over 10, 000, and prepared them for deployment; this included training design, and simulation integration.
• Coordinated logistical support and facilities to support training over a large spectrum of agencies.
• Responsible for resource management and coordination meetings insuring all resources, logistics and coordination were complete prior to execution of training for a multitude of units simultaneously.
2ND, BATTALION, 8TH UNITED STATES CAVALRY

• Managed, trained and was responsible for over 70 personnel their personal wellbeing and operational readiness of their equipment, to include deployment operations in a hostile theater with zero fatalities.

• Planned and rebuilt the power, water and sewer facilities for New Baghdad Iraq, a community over 200, 000 people.
