• Provide Subject Matter Expertise competing for new business in Emergency Services, Safety, Emergency Response, Environmental, WMD, Hazmat, and CBRNE.
• Effectively manage and direct Fire & Emergency Services at 9 NASA sites for 280 million dollar 10 year contract.
• Spearheaded and developed NASA wide policies under the "One" NASA concept.
• Installed a comprehensive data base tracking measurable performance objectives.
• Instituted NASA wide compliance requirements accounting for site specific and cross state union constraints.
• Effectively manages all assigned projects bringing them to completion within prescribed timelines and meeting all of the project's objectives on a 27 million dollar FOL BOS contract.
• Responsible for the review, coordination and supervision of the project safety program IAW OSHA, DOD, and host nation requirements.
