Currently doing a two month contract at Amref virtual training school where I am an
Office Assistant doing the same responsibilities stated below.
I did six months internship at Amref Virtual Training school, which ended on 5/4/2013.Key responsibilities: • Secretarial support and information flow: Receives and reviews correspondence to the office.
• Reception: Receives all visitors and acts as the first point of reference for all queries to the unit.
• Logistic Support: Preparing and distributing materials required for student admissions.
• Organizing: Coordinating the execution of events under the office including meetings, workshops, and other work-related gatherings.
• Office Management: Maintaining the office inventory and stationary supplies and utility services maintenance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring students' files have up to date documentation
• Reporting: Processing and distributing a variety of reports including minutes, monthly and annual reports from the office as required.
• Marketing: Distributing course brochures via available applicable means and Responding to all enquiries regarding application to the course.
• ERP system: Raising requisitions from the store and payments for facilitators.
