I have supervised many heavy lifting evolutions within the nuclear industry, from up ending and down ending reactor cooling pump motors, removal and replacing of the maintenance structure, to removal and replacement of steam generators. I have been oversight on cranes and rigging during outages multiple times. I am well versed in nuclear safety, and procedural adherence. As oversight I have Coordinated the crane movements by keeping constant communication between polar crane operators and the operators of the knuckle boom cranes, to avoid collision, and ensure schedule adherence. I have been a foreman many times in RBC (reactor building coordinators) while running that I had many different functions including. knowing all rigging procedures, and scheduling jumps, and jump times. I have a great set of leadership skills, and understand that a team makes and breaks a man's career, I always watch the men under me, and try to put them where they are strongest.

As a journeyman iron worker, you have to be well versed in safety, rigging, welding, blueprint reading, rebar, and many various applications for construction, and or maintenance. I have been working primarily the nuclear industry for most of my career, I have worked multiple steam generator replacements, multiple reactor cooling motor replacements, refueling outages, and extended power upgrades. I have been directly responsible for up ending and down ending, reactor cooling motors. I also have a very large amount of experience in reactor building coordination. I have been oversight on multiple crane based jobs, which gave me experience in dealing with the men as well as the client. On my last motor change outage I was either responsible for, or I was present to assure procedural adherence, this includes the up ending and down ending for the reactor cooling pump, also removal of the whip restraint girders, and other structural interferences. I have experience in lifting and replacing the maintenance structure. I also have experience in scheduling containment jumps. I was present and knew the man that died, at the stator drop and Arkansas nuclear one, which brings me to the point where I take safety very seriously. Rigging is my strongest suit but I am hungry to learn more. I want to know and understand everything I can in the nuclear industry. I am especially interested in refueling and dry cask storage

I was an all conference football player, I love boxing, not just the brutality of it, but the thinking, the feet placement, the knowing if you throw this punch you better watch out for this punch. I played on a baseball team when I was young made it to tournament of champions. love motorcycles one day I hope to own one
