Undertake client side incident management and assist problem management. Accurately document diagnosis, investigation and resolution.
•Update and resolve service-related incidents and service requests from internal customer base.
•Undertake client builds and update the process documentation in the preparation of service metrics and management reports.
•Assist in the implementation and improvement of existing Technical Services process and procedures.
•Participating in team meetings and projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of technical support.

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
•Control and Adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
•Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
•Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
•Test operation of machines periodically
•Fix issues that might occur during the shift
•Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

Maintain inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles.
•Controls perpetual inventory stock counting and accuracy checks, processes and approves payment invoices, and investigate discrepancies and shortages to minimize overstock and removed redundant and obsolete raw material.
•Ensures that the goods and stock department is properly controlled and organized for sufficient production support and for the achievement of corporate goals.
•Ensures inward product are received and managed accordingly to the company’s standard procedure, so materials, will be ready available for production or whenever needed.
•Organizes and maintains the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage and handling. Also maintains labeling system on the stock items.
•Creates daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy. This task involves managing control measures to make sure inaccuracies and errors are highlighted and resolved.
•Coordinates periodic safety inspections and testing of any specialized piece of utility equipment.
