Duties and Responsibilities :
• Performed sheet metal and structural repair on damaged aircraft following the company standard, manufacturers & contract specification
• Performed other duties assigned
• Maintain Good Working Practices of all Ground Safety and Acceptable Quality/Quantity Standards in the daily performance of the assigned task.
• Coordinate with Engineer when Job Needs Engineering Assistance
• Fabricate aircraft and related sheetmetal and assemblies
• Performed modification on aircraft structure base on Aircraft Manual
• Perform aircraft sheetmetal lay out and templates
• Perform aircraft corrosion control
• Take appropriate safety measures and comply with safety procedure to ensure against personal damage to the equipment
• Inspect aircraft major and minor defects, prepare type of repair required
• Manufacture and repair non in structural parts
• Lightning strike assessment and if necessary fastener removal and repair as per structural repair
manual
• Performed Drilling, Riveting, Bucking and Countersinking
• Performs damage mapping and coordinates with Maintenance Operations Control
• Clean and Remove Aircraft Corrosion
• Removal and replacement of corroded fastener on aircraft skin.
• Helper Mechanic in Structural Parts
• Making sure that the materials are being cut and given on the right time for the technicians to do their job process.
• Maintain cleanliness of work at all times and follow all rules and regulation

• Removal and replacement of rudder hinge fitting number 1 to 7 with exception of rudder hinge 6
• Perform metal forming operation
• Performs internal and external skin repair, alteration, corrosion prevention, seat track replacement, fuselage re-skinning, splice repair on frames and stringers, shear tie repair and lightning strike evaluation and repair in accordance with applicable aircraft manual.Removal and replacement of corroded fastener on aircraft skin.
• Removal and replacement of corroded fastener on aircraft skin.
• Removal replacement of cargo hinge fitting
• Performs evaluation of damages to aircraft structure (dents, scratches, gouges, lightning strike, bird strike, etc.) and performs the necessary repair in accordance with approved OEM manuals
• Forward and Aft corroded cargo profile removal and replacement.
