My Responsibility Is To Post Jobs Related Advertisement, Headhunt The Candidates By Posting Jobs, Reviewing CVs, Screening, Interviewing, Selecting And Onboarding.

1. My Core Duties As A Booth Cashier Were To:

- Handle payments: Take cash, mobile money, card payments, POS. Give correct change/receipts.

- Record transactions: Use cash register, POS system, or manual book. Balance cash at start/end of shift.

- Customer service: Greet customers, answer quick questions about prices, directions, products.

- Security: Keep cash safe, follow cash-handling rules, report discrepancies.

WORK:

1. My Core Duties

- Were To Handle customer inquiries: Answer calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media DMs. Solve problems about products/services, billing, orders, etc-

- Troubleshoot & resolve issues: Log complaints, escalate to technical/ops teams, follow up until it’s fixed.

- Provide product/service info: Explain features, pricing, policies, how-to guides to customers.

- Update records: Keep CRM/database updated with customer interactions, tickets, feedback.

- Process requests: Account changes, refunds, cancellations, deliveries, bookings.

- Collect feedback: Do surveys, report common customer problems to management so they can improve.


ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. I Helped Improve communication skills by handling group project coordination for 8 members and resolving schedule conflicts.

2. Also Built patience + problem-solving by assisting family/friends with online transactions, bill payments, and account issues.

IMPACT

This Reduced complaint escalation by 25% by listening actively and offering solutions before escalating to management.
