• Turn-key Project Management: From concept development - selecting proposed solutions and applications, product application specification and design drawings and calculations, BOQ preparation, technical and commercial presentations, submittals, and proposals, pricing, manage client negotiations, secure client orders

I am the sole engineer handling all maintenance and safety responsibility in the company. I am the designated Pollution Control Officer in the company. I also do quality testing of all products, inspection of barges, monitoring and implementing safety checklists and procedures. I also handle the company's expenses and also do purchasing works. I conduct interviews for new applicants and also implement training for the people inside the company. also attend legal gatherings and update all legal papers needed by the company. Go on duty (overnight) for dispatching of all deliveries, checking safety and proper maintenance of all vehicles leaving the premises. Do paper works like invoicing, memorandums and other needed (quarterly/daily)reports.
• Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) for Incoming Quality Control (IQC).
• Supervised all inspectors and provide machine orientation
• Inspects and uses Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Profile Projector, instruments like Vernier caliper, Digital Micrometer, LCR, Push Pull Gauge, Microscope, Electronic Weighing Scale, Spring Gauge, Multi Tester, VOM, etc.
