• Monitoring and Updating Daily/Weekly Piping NDT and NDE in Piping Welding Management System (PWMS).
• Updating Daily Welding Inspection Report (DWIR) in PWMS
• Monitoring and Updating status of welding defect and weld defect ratio in accordance with Piping Welding Management System (PWMS)
• Daily Monitoring and Updating welders list from Subcontractors and other Discipline.
• Review monthly invoice data for NDE Subcontractor.
• Monitoring and Updating Construction/Commissioning Punchlist using Commissioning Management System (CMS).

• Generate Task and Item for Piping and Tank Safety Equipment in accordance to CMS.
• Prepare documentation for MDR (Manufacture Data Report) and MC Dossier.
• Preparing transmittal for outgoing documents to Sub-contractor and other discipline.
• Updating Weekly Project Quality Control Activity (PQCAR).
• Daily Monitoring Location and Status of documents.
• Printing, Filing and Scanning relevant documents.
• Input all data of new products category, price, barcode and other important details.
• Ensure that all data in computer system are correct and updated.
• Make manual inventory count to correct the discrepancies between the record and the stock.
• Maintain that the records are always updated to ensure the smooth flow of transactions.
• Assist IT Technician in trouble shooting once encounter problem in the system.
• Input all data of new products category, price, barcode and other important details.
• Ensure that all data in computer system are correct and updated.
• Make an inventory count to ensure that the data from the system and the current stock are the same.
