To provide administrative support to Project Director/ Project Manager and other employees. • Receives and screens incoming calls for PD/PM, taking messages and transferring calls. • Manages the appointment diary for PD/PM. • Sorts mails and documents as per required by PD/PM; prepares correspondences. • Keep up to date and awareness on HSE documents and records for file, review and action. Maintain good filling system and ease of access as necessary for reference and distribution. • Participation and compliance on all Health Safety Environment programs being implemented. • HSE awareness for emergency action plan and duty of care. • Any other ah-hoc administrative duties.
