Responsibility
Direct and help team achieves/performs:
Develop plan and perform quality control audit, process audit and 5’s audit
Facilitate KI method and 5 whys analysis for received external customer claim
Verify implementation and evaluates effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions for received external/internal customer complain
Oversee and maintain records pertaining to ISO 9001:2008 particularly CAPA and obsolete records
Conceptualize production trial towards production process improvement
Provide assistance to production and R&D for documentation of process and product standards
Follow-up memorandum and new information released by R&D
Organize orientation/seminar, meetings and programs for quality improvement and other matter
Evaluate and revise reports, documents and procedures prior to implementation and/or approval.
Directly reports to Department Heads, Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Team Leaders/Team In-Charge
Report group activities and
Monitor material delivery (window glass and EPS materials) from supplier
Oversee preparation and checking of delivered materials for production use according to schedule
Coordinate lacking, damaged and out of specification materials to supplier for replacement
Monitor material delivery to production line.
Report to directly to team leader/team in-charge.
Do other tasked that maybe assigned time to time.
