Job Description: Perform removal and Installation of Galley module on heavy maintenance checks. Galley defects check,
Rectification and modification.
➢ Removal and Installation of Galley inserts such as coffee makers, ovens, chillers, coffee percolators and warming cabinets.
➢ Execute removal and installation of lavatory module during heavy maintenance checks.
➢ Perform lavatory parts functional inspection, repair and adjustments including leak checks on waste and water line.
➢ Removal and Installation of aircraft interior dividers, crew bunks, and closets during heavy maintenance check, rectification, and modification of parts thereof.
➢ Removal and Installation of aircraft seats, including flight attendant's seats, sidewall panels, ceiling panels, DADO panels, outer/inner window panels, window shades, overhead compartments, aircraft door trims and escape slide/raft.
➢ Slide/raft, life vest, survival kit and life raft inspection, overhaul and repacking.
➢ To review aircraft log books on line maintenance including Technician Log, Aircraft Deferred Defect Log, and Cabin Deferred Defect Log. Carry out cabin defects.
➢ All performed task are directed by Senior Foreman and Senior Technician and in accordance with the company policies, standard and procedures, manufacturer's specifications and standards, government regulations and contract specifications as applicable on the aircraft and related accessories for compliance.
