Sales Operation:

Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data

Provides proper training and development for the staff and makes a store visit to ensure that the standard process is being applied.

Providing support on having duties in the stores if the staff needed to be replaced.

Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Sales Administrative:

Primarily responsible for providing general finance-related administration services to the sales daily which includes assisting the wholesale officer in administrative matters, correcting communication lines, developing requested reports, and data feeding.

Coordinating with all departments (design/warehouse/production etc) for any wholesales officer request.

Coordinating IT-related issues to sales posting, differences in system and cashier report, etc.

Follow up on any invoice that wasn’t received by accounts & and provide details to accounts for any item purchased by the wholesale department.

Having complete knowledge of using the D365 system and ability to instruct staff to do the needful in case the system is not working or place their order etc.

Sales Break Down - Items Sold and Sale Value per Item & Return.

Send Monthly and quarterly reports to the Wholesales Officer Head and Executive Manager.

Provide an overview of daily sales reports with monthly achieved budget and analysis.

Define and organize recording data and provide necessary data presentations to the wholesales division in terms of corporate finance and department performance.

Ordering and receiving all incoming deliveries of goods and use FIFO methods.
Maintain quality of the product and ingredients.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining
data systems. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and
providing ongoing reports.

Implement quality assurance standards. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the
quality system. Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according
to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Completes production
plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing
priorities; monitoring progress;
revising schedules; resolving problems and coordinating with the Account
Executives. Keeps records of incoming and outgoing units.

Scheduling maintenance, repairs for all vehicles and office facilities. Handling computer
troubleshooting. Maintaining Purchase Records. Receiving, storing, and distributing material.
Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.
