• In-charge of placing orders of spare parts from suppliers, preparing purchase orders and sending telegraphic transfer copy once payment has been made.
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers to schedule deliveries/collection or consolidation of orders.
• Tracks the status of import and export shipment to determine the delivery date to the customer ensuring that the orders will arrive on time.
• Checks costs from freight forwarders/courier companies
• Preparing local goods entry pass and exit pass papers, shipping documents for export, applying Certificate of Origin in Chamber of Commerce.
• Preparing packages for shipment to customers/suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical inventories with records
• Coordinates with Technical Department for dispatching of materials and installation of machines during exhibitions.
• Checks invoices sent by courier companies.
• Answering customers queries via phone or email.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Provides customers with spare parts quotation.
