Since May 2017, I am associated with AIMS. I contributed for the stabilization of AIMS Qatar as the General Manager during 2017 Blockade successfully by decentralizing and starting up the operations completely Qatar managed.
Achieving financial growth from new accounts and delivering substantial growth by securing Long Term maintenance contracts in Qatar petroleum, later moved to UAE and contributed majorly and heading the Contracts department, serving ADNOC Gap Processing (Habshan 0, Habshan 5, Ruwais, ASAB and Buhasa and ADNOC Sour Gas and also with Ruwais Refinery.

♣ Well versed in Technological advancement information in market, wide vendor network, knowledge of various OEMs and principle of operation of analyzers
♣ Expertise in service & maintenance engineering, preventive/ corrective maintenance, complex repairing and troubleshooting, performing Failure / Bad Actor Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis, developing Equipment Strategies for Preventive Maintenance schedules and tasks based on analyzer criticality-types-makes-models.
♣ Specification issuance for new analyzer requirements and clear Scope of Work and clear deliverables. (PDM, FEED, Post Gate02 activities).
♣ Project support with Business case (Gate 01 / Cost estimations / budget proposals), Vendor relationship management, and Acceptance testing off and on site managing all technical aspects of projects
♣ Mentoring locals through National Development program(NDP) and providing Technical Training to cross departmental staff/ engineers/ operators on analyzers.

♣ Accountable for online process associated preventive/ corrective maintenance, calibration, shutdown activities and data analysis on Yokagawa Centum DCS. Managed comparison of analyzer process data and laboratory data.
♣ Handled commissioning of all pending analyzer with vendors’ direct, mail and phone support.
♣ Administered 9 staffs and carried out training to technicians.
♣ Took part in the preparation of analyzers’ Safe Operating Procedures and DCS Control switches reallocations.
♣ In charged of preventive maintenance schedule and rework. Received an award for Safe Work Practices.
♣ Directed and attended process instrumentation equipments and analyzers’ daily maintenance, faults/ component level servicing, calibration and installation across South Region of India.
♣ Administered three divisions in the company namely EPID, AHCD and EMD.
♣ Handled ISO documentations including clients’ database with service record history.
♣ Carried out seminars on Environmental Analyzers for Pollution Control Board.
♣ Conducted product training to clients with less operating process.
♣ Accomplished set service targets in AMC, spares and breakdown maintenance with reduce downtime to provide excellent customer support.
♣ Developed product references in the market. Took part in new product launching and Beta testing.
