Putting the annual business plan with the branch manager according to the annual branches’ business plan.
Developing marketing strategies according to the branches’ business Plan and in accordance with the groups marketing and business strategies and policies.
Developing new distribution channels and new markets in order to attract new business, to achieve our business Plan.
Training new agents and managing brokers productivity in order to hit our branch budgets. And advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
Monitoring the portfolio’s quality in order to maintain our customer’s satisfaction. And insure our client’s retention.
Working on expanding our general insurance business line through analysis and market studies.
• Achieve sales targets set for the assigned branch through:
1. Motivating & coaching the bank’s account officers to maximize sales to bank’s clients.
2. Individual sales efforts by identifying prospective clients, identifying clients’ needs & promoting solutions based on company products to satisfy identified clients’ needs & maximize achieving sales targets \{ according to the relevant agreement with each bank \}
• Ensure that clients fulfill all needed documents & medical examinations.
o Ensure all documents are properly submitted to operations department in the company.
o Coordinate with the operations department to ensure the prompt operations activities in issuance of the policy & claims settlement & provide all the needed information for the purpose.
• Follow up to ensure the delivery of the policy to customers.
• Handle all customer problems & complaints maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient after sales service & maintain a high focus on long term customer satisfaction to maximize persistency.
• Follow up on the clients timely premiums payments; renewals or cancellations of policies.
• Continuously update the market & competition knowledge to expand market penetration.
• Continuously build & develop the network of contacts & sources of leads.
• Present periodical productions & activity reports including but not limited to the sales reports, undelivered report, collection report & regeneration report.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the bank stuff and continuously motivate them to enhance sales results.
• Support in training new team members as needed.
• Ensure continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
• Keep company’s standards, policies, procedures & authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities .
• Support the department in any other task or project as needed.
