Job Description:
• Providing Instruction to purchasing/procurement team and buyers throughout the process of neither evaluating project requirements nor request.
• Outsourcing Vendors & Selecting materials as per requirements & Constantly monitoring what the company purchased, to determine if goods are defective or not complying the demand specification.
• Preparing Vendor Registration and Generating purchase order using ERP / SAP systems.
• Establishing Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, budgets, quantities and delivery timescales.
• Understand & Review the target market and analyzing the demand, in order to make informed buying decisions.
• Preparing and keeping all the records such as Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Selection, Price Comparison Sheet, Procurement Log Monitoring Sheet, Approved Vendor List & Material Delivery Reports.
• Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual procurement/logistic plans and progress reports as required.
• Manage vendor contracts to ensure completeness of deliverables outlined in the contract this includes ensuring that all vendor complaints and concerns are addressed promptly to ensure that the project continues to receive uninterrupted services at all times.
• Manage the entire process in the planning of commodities procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities and keep supporting all the Team on all the process.
