Project Architect
• Reports directly to Design Studio Head. Responsible for handling all phases of design from concept approvals, authority submissions and project handover.
• Prepares all design studies and concept to match client parameters and requirements including all plans, visual and material presentations for client approval.
• Work closely with Project Managers on project delivery and documentations.
• Produce project communications between clients and project partners.
• Have a strong ability to lead and coordinate the various disciplines involved in project delivery.
• Have ability to secure, schedule and workload management.

Career Highlight. In late 2015, the chairman of Choithrams requested a shopping center design from a parcel of land that they own. The concept was my design which later on became one of the proud projects of Multiline Interiors.
Job Description:
• Assist in creating concept designs based on the requirements set by the client incorporating the regions set standards for master plans & building designs.
• Prepares detailed drawings for authority submissions; ex: DC-1 & DC-2, Civil Defense & Traffic Design Drawings for MMUP.
• Prepares tender documents/drawings.
• Assists the design manager in coordinating with projects specialists and sub‐consultants.
• Prepares project visual presentations and 3d modeling presentations.
• Spearheads the architectural production team in project completions.
